The 25th Edition of the European Confederation of Watercolour Societies Annual Exhibition with selected artists including Michelle Boyle with her brush drawing ‘Story of a life’. The Symposium is being hosted this year by Agrupación Vasca de Acuarelistas (AVA-the Basque Society of Watercolourists) in the historic city of Bilbaó, Spain home to The Guggenheim Museum and the Museum of Fine Arts. A programme of events accompanies the exhibition. The selected painting of a woman by Boyle is captured in minimal mark making, restricted and contained in the creases of the paper.
